Cinderella 99 Strain Review – Bonza Blog

Cinderella 99 (also called Cindy, Cindy 99, C99, P97, and P.97) is a hybrid known for its super intense and speedy mental high. Bred and aptly named by Brothers Grimm, the story of how it came to be could rival the published works of the 19th-century authors from whom the breeders took their name.

It started from seeds found in the buds of Jack Herer. As if obtaining seeds is already not rare enough, that specific pack has to land in the hands of a breeder. Once cultivated, one of the seeds produced a female subsequently named Princess which boasts of a fruity aroma and insane psychoactive traits.

Through a series of backcrossing, the breeder produced a male relative labeled as P94, which they then crossed with Princess. The result is Cinderella 99, a hybrid which preserves the traits of Princess, but this time, it can be made available in seed form.

To this end, Brothers Grimm has successfully achieved its goal of making Princess in the form of Cinderella 99 available for the world to use.

Cinderella 99 with the same traits of Princess that captivated the breeders soon took the world by storm. Within the cannabis community, it gained full acceptance among the users. Not only that, but many other breeders also used it to tweak or develop new hybrids.

Used in moderation, Cinderella 99 will induce a dreamy high. However, use too much, and it unleashes its wrath that can be overwhelming.

Odor and Flavors

Blessed with the heritage of Princess and its sweet odor of pineapple with a sweet note, Cinderella 99 is insanely delightful. Its fragrance also carries over with a mild earthy undertone.

Fruity scents are becoming a little bit common today. But in the 90s, such trait is rare. So, when Brothers Grimm first smelled Princess, it is not difficult to see how they could be so captivated by its aroma alone. Even with many other strains having a fruity note, none can compare to Cinderella 99. Even after two decades, it remains arguably the best smelling tropical inspired hybrid.

Effects

Cinderella 99, with all the expectations that come with regards to its high potency, has a problem with tardiness. Instead of manifesting itself promptly, it may take up to ten minutes before it makes its presence known.

Used in moderation, it induces a gentle buzz in the head upon creeping in. It results in users having a clearer and sharper mind. As the effects intensify, an uplifting sensation ebbs down to the body. Most people, feeling reinvigorated and inspired, can do their tasks without trouble at all. Even when Cinderella 99 begins delivering a soothing body relaxation, the psychoactive effects of the strain continues to intensify. Not only do users feel happy but most end up in a dreamy euphoric high.

In general, Cinderella 99 makes for excellent daytime use once users figure how much of it they should use. As alluded to earlier, though, the strain is slow-acting. Because of that, experienced users and especially the beginners may overindulge. After all, its aroma is enticing.

Once users reach their limit, anything more and it could lead to narcotic-like effects.

Medical Use and Benefits

In almost all cases, users end up feeling euphoric. With that, it melts away stress. Consequently, it also helps people suffering from depression control their emotion and thoughts.
