Odor and Flavors
Upon opening the bag, it gives off a lively aroma of well-aged berries at the forefront. Deep, dark and velvety, it’s with the subtle sweetness from lavender that rounds out the profile. To top it off, a subtle skunkiness is woven through the palate, giving it an overall mature taste. Of course, its smoke swirls in the lungs as smooth as a glass of sparkling wine.
Considered as the Moët & Chandon of marijuana, a puff of this is enough to intoxicate both the body and mind in a delightful buzz. Moreover, this even split of Sativa and Indica make way for a light body high, one that sends a tingling sensation from head-to-toe.
Of course, a THC of up to 15% makes this the perfect time for a toast – or toke between veterans and beginners alike.
As a warm sensation washes down the burdens of daily routine, the inhibited mind is freed to explore ebb of creative ideas. However, users may find themselves in the middle of interesting conversations rather than actually putting it all on paper.
Not quite a bad thing though as smokers can choose to go on their own accord with this. For one, brainstorming sessions can end in a satisfyingly productive note.
On the other, users can pass a bowl of this ganja amongst friends as an alternative to wine. With this, tasting luxury doesn’t have to be on special occasions only. Plus with a little bit of push, the tipsy-like high can turn even wallflowers bloom into a social butterfly.
Meanwhile, a pleasant weight comforts the body enough to untie any tense knots from the muscles, leaving smokers eminently relaxed and fully equipped to sit back and unwind. Packing quite a punch without risks of apprehensions, expect to wake up feeling refreshed in a hang-over free morning.
Generally, this strain comes with little adversities compared to other strains. Mostly, cases of cottonmouth and dry eyes are two of the most common reactions that manifest. Thankfully, these are some things that are easy enough to shrug off.
However, smokers can choose to soothe the ache by simply keeping hydrated at all times. On that note, its name may hint at alcohol but users should know that it is not part of the list. Despite having a rather head-focused high, symptoms of dizziness, headaches or paranoia rarely come up.
Medical Use and Benefits
While it doesn’t show much clout in its THC or CBD concentration, this strain shines through with its moderate strength. It delivers an unobtrusive high that can soothe veterans and beginners alike, and its friendliness allows this to apply its stress-busting abilities on a daily basis.
Moreover, its uplifting effects not only coax out a giggle or two out of its users, but generally lead to a better sense of well-being. In addition, it unloads an overwrought mind from squeezing in more stress, creating enough headspace for the spirit to feel light and centered.
As such, those suffering from depression or anxiety can enjoy some peace and quiet, making way for euphoric sensations to settle in.
Meanwhile, the strain has enough potency to aid mild discomforts such as back aches, joint aches, headaches, migraines and cramps. As general soreness melts away, it’s coupled with a pacified mind that completely transforms the evening and leaves lasting impressions.
Growing Champagne Kush
Resembling a glass French rosé with its blushing pistils, prospective growers would be happy to know that this lovely plant is relatively easy to cultivate. Other than its resistance to mold and mildews, it also leans towards an Indica stature.
Moreover, a height of about 120 cm makes this easy to manage either indoors or outdoors. On that note, cultivating it indoors works best using a soil or hydro medium.
However, using Sea of Green (SOG) method may not be suitable for this as the plant itself naturally has moderate to low yields. As such, using this may worsen the case.
If done properly, it takes about 9 to 10 weeks of flowering time with an average yield of 300 grams per square meter. Meanwhile, outdoor growing simply requires a Mediterranean climate for it to flourish. Harvest time should be ready by late September or early October with a yield of 450 grams per plant.
