UK Cheese also does well outdoors, especially in a warm Mediterranean-like climate. In northern areas where the weather is not as pleasant, the herb can still grow beautifully. Sow it when it’s sunniest and make sure to harvest 300 to 450 grams of buds per plant by early to mid-October. Go no later than that period to avoid the frost.
